Effective 16 May 2026, EGS will discontinue the current prepaid shipment booking model that operates
using a value limit balance. In its place, we will introduce a more streamlined and efficient ‘Pay & Ship’
model..
Under the new model, users will be required to complete shipment bookings through immediate
payment at checkout on the EGS portal, replacing the existing prepaid balance model. This change is
aimed to improve transaction efficiency and provide a smoother booking experience without affecting
the working capital of the users.

What does this mean for you:
● From 16 May 2026, you will no longer be able to add funds to your value limit balance.
● Any existing value limit balance can continue to be utilized for shipment bookings until it is fully utilized till 15 May 2026
● Any unutilized value limit balance remaining after 16 May 2026 will be refunded.
● All refunds will be processed by 20 June 2026 to your registered account/payment method.

What you need to do:
● Plan your upcoming shipments accordingly before the transition date.
● Ensure your payment method is updated on the EGS Portal to avoid any disruption in bookings
after 16 May 2026.

Accordingly, FedEx  shall intimate destination to file under “Made in USA” chapter or any other country as origin. As per current scope just mentioning as Made in USA or any other country as origin, will not support to avoid the 100% duty because destination needs valid evidence. To levy custom duty at destination is fully regulated by local government customs authority.

This is to keep you informed that SRX is launching new service, “SRX Economy” across
51 countries.

1. To USA, the pricing is more economic than SRX Premium service by ~13% on an
    average till 500 gm and commits 12-15 working days

2. To UK, the pricing is more economic than SRX Economy Pro service by ~6% on
    an average till 500 gm and commits 8-10 working days

3. In other lanes SRX Economy is economic by an average of ~24% when
   compared to SRX Economy Pro service

4. This would be classified as “Economy” service in EGS and has zero liability coverage.

Also, for 2026, SRX has proposed an annual general price revision. While the price increase
proposed varies across the lanes, on average it is ~6.5%. Kindly find brief insights for few lanes
for your reference:

1. US rates of SRX DDP are decreased by an average of 7%, SRX Premium are
    decreased by 3% and SRX Premium Pro by 2% till 500 gm

2. UK rates of SRX Economy service are increased by an average of 19%.

3. SRX Economy Pro rates (Excluding UK) are increased by an average of 13%

This is to keep you informed that ShiprocketX (SRX) has introduced dimensional surcharges on 

shipments to USA. Kindly find the details of the same below. Please note that these charges are 

applicable against all the services of SRX destined to USA. 

    1.If length (longer side) > 52.5 cm then INR 720 per shipment 

    2.If breadth > 42.5 cm then INR 720 per shipment 

    3.If width > 42.5 cm then INR 720 per shipment 

    4.If Volume > 2 cubic feet then INR 135 per shipment will be applicable 

    5.If dead weight > 13kg or any side > 75 cm then shipments are not allowed through 

     service and in case carried, a non-compliance fee of additional INR 4,500 will be 

     applicable per shipment. 

Kindly note that all of these charges will be applicable on cumulative basis i.e. for example if a 

product is 70*70*70 in dimensions and 15 kg in dead weight, then all the five charges (INR 

6795) will be applicable.

The total booking cost will be collected by eBay :
