eBay SpeedPAK is eBay's integrated cross-border logistics solution, designed to provide sellers with a more reliable, transparent and streamlined shipping experience.
For eligible shipments and listings to the U.S. and EU, eBay SpeedPAK supports Delivered Duty Paid (“DDP”) shipping and related buyer messaging. This helps provide buyers with greater clarity on the total cost of their purchase, including applicable duties and taxes, and reduces the risk of unexpected import charges at the time of delivery.
With applicable duties and taxes accounted for through the shipping process, sellers can better manage evolving tariff regulations and import requirements. Under eBay SpeedPAK, carriers also manage end-to-end customs clearance, helping reduce the risk of buyer refusals, delivery delays and post-purchase disputes.

While the services will now be offered under the eBay SpeedPAK brand, you will continue to enjoy the key features and benefits available through the EGS platform, including:
- Competitive shipment pricing: Predictable and competitive pricing, including freight,
applicable duties and taxes, helps sellers to price their products with greater confidence and
maintain better control over margins. - Transparent Surcharges: Sellers benefits from negotiated pricing on applicable surcharges,
including fuel, peak-season charges, remote area delivery, destination returns and DDP
disbursement/handling fees. Access to shipping protections: Eligible shipments handed over to carriers within the
committed handling time may qualify for shipping protection relating to Item Not Received
(“INR”), Late Shipment Rate (“LSR”), and Negative or Neutral Feedback associated with INR
