How to Re-Schedule a Shipment Pickup: Step-By-Step Guide:
Step 1
Proceed to the pick-up reschedule page
- Click on the “Shipment” tab on the left-hand side menu of EGS platform
- Click on “Pickup Reschedule” tab where you can see all the orders which are eligible for rescheduling the pickup
- You can filter the orders by reference to the airway bill (“AWB”) number.
Step 2
Select the AWBs to be rescheduled
- Select the AWB(s) you want to reschedule and select the date for pickup.
- Please ensure that you include the specific reason for rescheduling the shipment
- Please note that you will only be able to reschedule the shipments to a date that is on or prior to the originally scheduled pickup date
- After selecting the applicable AWBs and entering the reason for rescheduling, click on the “Reschedule Pickup” option provided on the page and your pickup will be rescheduled for the selected orders.
