Book shipments and tracking
For any issues related to Shipping/Items/Tracking, you need to go to raise a ticket on the resolution center. In case of delay in resolution contact us page for the relevant contact details of the Logistic Partners and the eBay ops team.
You need to submit an AWB printout and a copy of the Invoice for the item shipped. Which is available once your booking process is complete on www.eBayglobalshipping.com
Invoices are raised on 15th & 30th of every month. Reversals/credits are done on the 15th & 30th of every month
In case of issues related to billing, you need to raise a ticket on the resolution center inputting all the details required. In case of delay in resolution please connect on mail with the eBay ops team mentioned on the contact us page.

If a parcel is undelivered / returned, who assumes responsibility and how much claim can I raise as a seller?
In Below cases, Logistic Partners are not responsible for undelivered parcels: Wrong contact details of the Consignee. Consignee Not available. Consignee refuses to accept the shipment. Booking Shipments for Remote area / Prohibited Items.
If the parcel is damaged due to the negligence of the Logistic partner and they have acknowledged the same , the claim will be processed by the Logistic partner.
The claim once confirmed by the Logistic partner is credited via NEFT to the seller. TAT for the same is Dependent on the Logistic partner.
If parcel lost in transit, Logistic partner takes the liability Bombino Express Postal service – 10 $ or the declared value which is lower Express – 100 USD or the declared value which is lower DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex - 100 USD or the declared value which is lower DHL eCommerce Packet Plus - 40 euro or the declared value which is lower Parcel Direct – 100 USD or the declared value which is lower

You can make payments via Cheque, Credit card, Debit Card & Demand Draft.
The Logistic Partner will first contact the buyer. If buyer refuses to pay the custom duty, it will be upon you as a seller to make the necessary payments.
In case of a failure to pay fees on time, the eBay account in question will be restricted up until the payment has been cleared.
Your eBay Global Delivery fees will be included in your monthly eBay Invoices.

Sellers can log in to global shipping and register post which they have to upload the KYC and select the logistic partner. The entire process is completed in three working days subject to all the documents are submitted and verified on time.
The Logistic Partners FedEx and DHL Express are providing the Insurance option at an additional cost , you have to select the insurance option while booking your shipment.
