Please be informed the CSB-V Shipping Bills for shipment booked via Shypmax will be available on the EGS portal itself once the shipment has been delivered. To retrieve your Shipping Bill from EGS, you need to go to your Shipment History. You will find a “Download Shipping Bills” option below the “Delivered” tab.
We request you to kindly download the Shipping Bills following the above steps and refrain from opening “Shipment Invoice” disputes. You may open a dispute if the Shipping Bills are not available for download, and we will be happy to assist you.
