What is eBay SpeedPAK?
SpeedPAK is an eBay shipping service developed specifically for cross-border deliveries. It is designed to provide sellers with a logistics solution that is fully integrated with eBay’s platform, offers efficient handling and delivery, and provides eligible seller protections.
SpeedPAK is now available on EGS as “eBay SpeedPAK” for eligible eBay sellers registered in India.
Through eBay SpeedPAK on EGS, sellers can access services offered by participating carriers, select suitable shipping options and manage shipment for eligible items sold on eBay.

This gives buyers greater clarity about applicable import duties and helps reduce concerns about additional duties being collected at the time of delivery.
Clear Estimated Delivery Date
eBay SpeedPAK provides buyers with visibility of the Estimated Delivery Date (“EDD”) based on the applicable shipping service selected for the listing.
Competitive Pricing
Through eBay SpeedPAK, sellers can access competitive rates offered through participating carriers, helping them manage their international shipping costs.
Seller Protection
Eligible shipments made using eBay SpeedPAK can benefit from seller protections relating to shipping performance, subject to the applicable conditions.
Hassle-Free Registration
Sellers can register without registration charges and a minimum deposit requirement.
Dedicated Support
Sellers can access shipping related support from participating carriers as well as the EGS Resolution Center team.
Wide Network Distribution
Sellers can ship internationally through participating carriers and choose from available shipping services, including Express and Standard options.
Automated Shipping Updates
EGS simplifies shipment management through features such as automatic upload of tracking information for eBay orders, shipping labels generation and summary reports.
Seller Protection
Protection details
For eligible shipments using eBay SpeedPAK services, sellers can benefit from the following protections:
- Item Not Received (“INR”) defects will be automatically removed.
- INR will not be counted in Service Metrics.
- Late Shipment Rate will not be evaluated.
- Neutral or Negative Feedback related to INR will be automatically removed.
Applicable conditions
Seller protection will be applied automatically when the seller uses eBay SpeedPAK and meets all applicable conditions, including:
- The item is located in the seller’s country of registration, i.e., India.
- The item is shipped within the handling time specified by the seller.
- A valid carrier tracking number generated on EGS Platform has been uploaded.
Steps to select “eBay SpeedPAK” services in the shipping policy to display the DDP messaging to the buyers in the US and Europe Union
Step 1
Go to the “shipping” section of listing page.
Step 2
Create a new shipping policy or edit the existing policy.
Step 3
Enter the policy name, description and other mandatory details.
Step 4
Add shipping services under the “International shipping”.
Step 5
Search for “eBay SpeedPAK Express” or “eBay SpeedPAK Standard” and select the service you want to offer. Save the policy.
Step 6
Apply the saved policy on the listing.
