Please be noted, effective January 18th, there would be a small change in Pickup creation process of FedEx.
From Wednesday, once the FedEx shipment booking process is completed for the day - To generate a pickup, users need to create a consolidated pickup through the “Pickup Request” tab that will be provided.
With the help of filters provided, sellers can select all the shipments against which the pickup needs to be scheduled. In case of any Pickup rescheduling, a Pickup History/Reschedule Tab will be provided where seller can reschedule the pickup at AWB level or pickup id level.
