We have observed that, from January 13th, 2022, sellers who booked shipments through LEXSHIP did
not receive tracking updates and validation scans on eBay.
We are pleased to announce that, post connecting with concerned stakeholders, this issue has been
resolved. In case if you are still facing this issue, request you to raise a “Technical dispute” in Resolution Center.
Please note the transactions that are impacted due to No scan will be covered under EGS seller protection, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. In case of any further queries, kindly contact your eBay Account Manager or eBay Global Shipping Team.
