Due to this up-gradation you might face issues while booking your shipments, incase of issue please reach out directly to your DHL Ecommerce Account manager for resolution.
To ensure seamless clearance and export of your shipments, we request you to submit the shipment invoice as per the new ECCS format directly to DHL eCommerce. Shipments sent under the new ECCS format only will be considered for customs clearance and further connection and delivery.
