We are pleased to inform you that, along with FedEx, and Shiprocket X, DHL services are resumed again on eBay Global Shipping (“EGS”) under DDP mode. Kindly note that in case of DHL, while we are displaying tentative duty amount and duty enablement fees during the shipment booking process, the actual charges incurred at the destination will be billed to you directly as part of EGS billing process.
We are also working closely with other carriers – Aramex & UPS to activate similar services on priority basis.
