We are pleased to inform you that, along with FedEx, the Shiprocket X services – Premium & Premium Pro are resumed again on eBay Global Shipping (“EGS”) under DDP mode. Kindly note that in case of SRX, while we are displaying tentative duty amount during the shipment booking process, the actual duty charges incurred at the destination will be billed to you directly as part of EGS billing process.
We are also working closely with other carriers – DHL, Aramex & UPS to activate similar services on urgent basis.
