On the eBay Global Shipping (“EGS”) platform, please note that DDU services to the US will not be available for any carrier. We are working urgently to activate DDP services to the US across all carriers. At this point, FedEx Express DDP services to the US will be available on EGS.
Kindly note that in case of FedEx, while we are displaying tentative duty amount during the shipment booking process, the actual duty charges incurred at the destination will be billed to you directly as part of EGS billing process.
