This is to keep you informed that due to few technical issues at Fedex end, the EGS billing for Fedex shipments that are booked after April 10th has been delayed till further notice. Once the billing is resumed again, to limit the impact, the billing amount for the past shipments will be spread across 2 to 3 billing cycles.
While we are coordinating with carrier to resolve the same on expedited basis, request you to keep a note of this and we will keep you updated in further progress of the issue. Regret any inconvenience this may cause.
