Dear Sellers,
This is to inform you that we have observed an issue with respect to tracking updates of LEXSHIP shipments on ebay. Due to this few of LEXSHIP shipments were being marked as “Delivered” when in actual the shipments were delivered only to LEXSHIP India Hub. We believe the impact should be limited to shipments that are picked up between Jan 14th and Jan 21st.
To benefit eBay users, this issue has been subsequently resolved and the said update rolled back.
This will help all the shipments that will be booked in future. However, for the shipments that have been impacted till now, we suggest you follow below steps:
- Please monitor the tracking updates visible to your buyers against the orders that are fulfilled by LEXSHIP shipments.
- Please cross check the same with the tracking updates available on LEXSHIP website.
- In case there is mismatch, kindly update your buyer proactively regarding the difference to reduce any INR issues that might arise.
- In case if INR issue is already raised, kindly communicate the buyer regarding the issue and resolve the same to avoid CCWSR.
