We are pleased to inform you that DHL is now accepting the fashion jewelry products from EGS users. All the products with HSN codes that are staring with “7117” can now be sent through DHL Express service on EGS. As now, the jewelry products with HSN codes starting with “7113” are not allowed through the service.
The data points which are required (mentioned below) for the customs clearance of these shipments are being fulfilled in the backend through system integration and is being shared with DHL. No further data or additional documentation needs to be provided by sellers during shipment booking or shipment handover.
The rates and SLAs applicable for these shipments will be same as the prices available against “DHL Express Priority” service present on EGS platform. You can refer to the pricing summary at https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/tnc/DHL_Services_TnC. There will not be any additional charges for customs clearance as the shipments will be cleared through CSB V route.
